Services, when available, are provided without distinction. Individuals must be over 18 years of age and meet the following criteria: Medically stable Willing to work on individualized programs Safe in the community with supportive services Non-violent to self and others Willing to remain drug and alcohol free while working with staff Willing to follow recommendations of physicians and professionals Can assist in developing plan of care and a service agreement Willing to release previous records For an intake please contact Fanny Miller or Molly Jalma.
