Independent Living Skills (ILS) Services Our primary purpose is to provide the assistance needed for seniors and adults with disabilities to remain as independent and self-sufficient as possible while remaining in the community. To fulfill this purpose, we work with the individual and the case manager to identify and address areas in their lives where they may want the extra support they need in their journey. BeechWood, Inc. is committed to healthy choices and advocates for the individual with health professionals, support groups, government assistance programs such as Social Security, Supplemental Security Income, Disability, Medical Assistance, Workers Compensation, Health Programs, GRH and Federal/County Waiver Services. ILS Service Areas: BeechWood, Inc. provides assistance to the individuals on a weekly or biweekly basis in order to achieve the individual's goals and objectives in the following areas: Advocacy Assistance with Self-Care Behavioral Services Communication Skills Community Living and Mobility Housing Life Skills training Organization and Household Management Socialization
