BeechWood Inc. is a non profit, grassroots organization that provides services to individuals with limitations to enable them to live independently in the community.  It seeks to fulfill its mission through a communal style of leadership wherein staff provides direct service to clients in a collaborative environment of teamwork and team sharing. 

Acknowledging the reality of human frailty and vulnerability, the delivery of service is perceived as an invitation to journey with a client in a spirit of openness and willingness to learn.  In an expression of human solidarity, support is rendered in the day to day needs and during times of crisis and tragedy.
